Every football kit is built from match-grade performance fabric. Pick the option that fits your level — we will recommend based on your climate, level of play and budget.
150–170 gsm
Performance Polyester
Lightweight, moisture-wicking polyester knit. Quick-drying, four-way stretch and printable for full-bleed sublimation. The default choice for fast-paced competition kit.
200–240 gsm
Heavy-Duty Polyester
Reinforced polyester with denser knit and stronger seams. Built for contact sports — handles tackles, scrums and repeated washes without shape loss.
Customisation methods
Combine methods on a single garment — for example, a sublimated playing shirt with embroidered crest and heat-pressed player names. We will guide you to the right combination during design.
Sublimation Print
Full-bleed dye-sublimation across the whole garment — unlimited colours, gradient logos, photographic patterns. Permanent (won't crack or peel) and ideal for sport-specific kits.
Embroidery
Thread-stitched logos, names and numbers — premium textured finish for club crests, sponsor patches and supplier marks. Up to 15 thread colours per logo.
Heat Transfer Vinyl
Cut-vinyl names and numbers heat-pressed onto kit. Perfect for player names, numbers and last-minute squad changes.

Send your club colours, logo files (PDF / AI / PNG) and the products you need. Use our quote form or email a brief — we reply within one UK business day.

Approve digital mockups
Our design team produces full-colour mockups of every product. Iterate freely until the kit is signed off — usually 2 to 3 rounds of feedback.

Confirm sizes & quantities
Once the design is locked, send the size and quantity breakdown. Mixed sizes are allowed across the minimum order. We send a final pro-forma invoice for sign-off.

Production & UK delivery
Production runs 3 to 4 weeks from sign-off. Kit ships fully tracked to a single UK address (or multi-address split if required) and arrives ready to issue to players.

Can you produce full home, away and third kits in one order?
Yes — most clubs combine home, away and third kits in a single order to keep setup cost low and ensure consistent fit and fabric across all three. We hold artwork on file for repeat orders.
Do you supply training kit and travel wear to match the playing kit?
Yes. We make training tops, training shorts, track jackets, hoodies, puffer jackets and travel kit in colourways that match your playing kit. Sponsors and crests carry over automatically.
Can I order a sample before committing to a full football order?
Yes — we provide digital mockups for every design free of charge. Physical pre-production samples are available on request and are credited against the final order.
What is the minimum order for a custom team kit?
Our minimum order is 10 pieces per design. Mixed-size orders are welcome — for example, a 10-piece order can include any mix of S/M/L/XL/XXL at no extra cost.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders ship in 3 to 4 weeks from design sign-off. Stock items dispatch in 3 to 6 business days. Rush turnaround is available on request — please tell us your deadline when you submit a quote.
