Our minimum order is 10 pieces per design. Mixed sizes are allowed within that 10-piece order — for example a single design across S/M/L/XL/XXL counts as one order. There is no extra charge for mixed sizes.

Custom orders ship in 3 to 4 weeks from design sign-off. Stock items dispatch in 3 to 6 UK business days. Rush turnaround can be arranged on request — tell us your deadline when you submit a quote and we will confirm what's possible.

Digital mockups are provided free of charge for every design and you can iterate as many times as you need. Physical pre-production samples are available on request and the sample cost is credited back against your final order.

Yes. Once a design is signed off we keep the artwork on file so re-orders next season (or for new players) can be processed immediately without going through design again.

Yes — most teams order full kit packages on a single production run. Combining shirts, shorts, training tops, jackets and caps in one order keeps setup cost down and ensures every piece carries consistent colours and branding.

Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF) are best — they scale to any size without quality loss. We can also work from high-resolution PNG or JPG. If you only have a low-resolution logo, send what you have and we will redraw it as a vector at no extra cost on most orders.

Four methods: full-bleed sublimation (unlimited colours, photographic prints), embroidery (thread-stitched logos and patches), screen-print (bold layered ink for cotton garments) and heat-transfer vinyl (player names and numbers). Methods can be combined on a single garment — e.g. sublimated shirt with embroidered crest and heat-pressed names.

Yes. Sublimation can match any Pantone or hex value exactly. Embroidery uses thread colours from our standard chart that are matched as closely as possible to your reference. We share a colour proof in the digital mockup so you can confirm before production.

Yes — reversible singlets and reversible training tops are popular for basketball, netball and football practice squads. Each side can carry a separate design and player number.

Yes. We can ship to a single team address or split-ship to multiple addresses (e.g. each player at home, or by school year). Tell us at quote stage and we will quote the split shipping cost.

Yes. Every order ships fully tracked. A tracking number is emailed to the contact on the order as soon as the kit leaves our workshop.

If any piece arrives faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly we will replace or refund it in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve quickly.

Custom-made kit is non-returnable once production has started, because the items are made specifically for your team and cannot be re-sold. This is why we provide unlimited digital mockup rounds before sign-off — to make sure the design is exactly right.
