Countries served

Kayns International Ltd ships primarily within the United Kingdom. International delivery is available on request to most destinations. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery outside the UK so we can confirm courier availability, lead times, and any restrictions.

Production time

The majority of KAYNS products are made to order. After you approve your digital mockup, production typically takes 15 to 21 business days. Rush production may be available subject to capacity — contact us to discuss urgent deadlines.

• Custom sportswear and personalised kit: 15–21 business days.
• Stock (non-personalised) items: dispatched within 3–6 business days when in stock.

Processing time

Before production begins, we process your order as follows:

1. Quote review and specification confirmation (1 UK business day).
2. Digital mockup creation and your approval.
3. Invoice issued; production starts after payment is received.
4. Quality check and dispatch booking.

Orders placed before 2:30pm (London time) on a business day are queued the same day. Orders after 2:30pm or on weekends/public holidays are queued the next business day.

Shipping methods

We use reputable UK and international courier partners. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package weight, and dimensions (actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater). Shipping charges are shown on your invoice or confirmed at checkout — they are not included in product unit prices unless explicitly stated.

Large or multi-parcel orders may ship in separate consignments at no extra shipping charge to you.

Tracking information

When your order is dispatched, we email a tracking number and courier link to the address on your order. If you do not receive tracking within one business day of your estimated dispatch date, contact us using the details below.

Customs and import duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country. These are not included in our product or shipping prices. We declare goods accurately on customs documentation. Delivery may be delayed if customs clearance is required.

Delivery estimates

Total time from design sign-off to delivery:

• Custom orders (UK): approximately 3–4 weeks (production + courier transit).
• Stock products (UK): 3–6 business days after payment.
• International: production time plus 3–10 business days transit depending on destination and customs.

Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday. We cannot deliver to some military addresses, PO boxes, or secure parcel lockers where courier restrictions apply.

Delays

Delays may occur due to incorrect addresses, payment verification, high demand, severe weather, or courier disruption. We will notify you if we become aware of a significant delay.
