UK custom sportswear, made for people who play
KAYNS is a London-based manufacturer of custom sportswear, streetwear and team uniforms. We work with cricket clubs, football academies, basketball teams, schools, universities and brands across the UK — turning their colours, logos and player details into kit that performs on the pitch and looks the part on the sidelines. Every piece is made to order, in the UK, with full control over fabric weight, customisation method and finish.
Our story
KAYNS was founded with one belief: that the kit a team wears is part of the team's identity. Generic catalogue kit, stocked in fixed sizes and colours, never quite fits. So we built a production process around the opposite idea — start with the team, design the kit, then make it.
Today KAYNS supplies UK clubs, schools, universities and brands across cricket, football, basketball, rugby, netball, running and streetwear. Our workshop covers full-bleed sublimation, embroidery, screen-print and heat-transfer vinyl in-house, so every order is built to its sport, not adapted from a template.
We are a small team. That means a real person reads your brief, a real designer mocks up your kit, and a real production manager owns your order from sign-off to delivery. We reply within one UK business day. We send digital mockups before you commit. And we hold your artwork on file so re-orders next season are quick.
How we work
UK-based manufacturing
Based in London with full UK delivery, KAYNS produces every order to spec without outsourcing the final stitch. Short feedback loops, no language barrier, and the ability to react to last-minute squad changes.
Made-to-order, not stocked
Every garment is built only after design sign-off. No warehouse waste, no minimum batch we can't fulfil, and every piece matches your colours, logos and player details exactly.
Performance-grade fabric
We work in match-grade polyester knits, cotton-poly blends and reinforced heavy-duty fabric. Fabric weight is matched to the sport — lighter for cricket whites and running vests, heavier for rugby and contact sports.
Four customisation methods
Full-bleed sublimation, embroidery, screen-print and heat-transfer vinyl — combinable on a single garment. We will recommend the right mix for your design, durability needs and budget.
